Do you have a Lima bean recipe? I had to pick up some groceries on Saturday, and the bean section was empty - except for the Limas! I usually just make them like grandma did (pressure cook with ham/ham hock), but now that I have *several* bags, I think I’d get tired of the same-ol’, same ol’.
...I do have a good selection of other beans in the pantry, but would welcome a new Lima idea or two.
